Barbara Day is the BrIM Director for the Americas with Bentley Systems. She formerly worked with the North Carolina Department of Transportation and has been with Bentley for 18 years. She is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of North Carolina. Hamid Ghasemi, PhD, is the leader of the infrastructure management team for the Federal Highway Administration Office of Infrastructure Research and Development at the Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center in McLean, Va. Myint Lwin was director of the FHWA Office of Bridge Technology in Washington, D.C. He was responsible for the National Highway Bridge Program direction, policy, and guidance.
