Those efforts extend to activities such as safety, quality, treatment of employees and customers, and the ways they use and maintain equipment. “Our challenge is to be the best. We take on projects other companies look at and say, ‘How can you get that done?’” The Westerville, Ohio–based firm walks the walk on that philosophy. Bridge architect and engineer Fred Gottemoeller of Bridgescape LLC, who has worked with Kokosing through projects undertaken with engineering firm Burgess and Niple, has seen it in action.
